Here’s What We’re Talking About On Facebook!
Have you seen the great new benches in front of the Friends of Arrow Rock Museum Shop, the Odd Fellows Lodge and the Sites Gun Shop? We have Ben to thank! They were his Eagle Scout project and they arrived in time to provide a nice place for today's festival visitors to sit. Thanks, Ben!

View on Facebook Want to hear something scary? Tickets are nearly sold out for the Night Walk on Friday the 13th! There are only 8 spots remaining on Friday's walk, and about a dozen left for Saturday night. Participants this weekend get a very special treat because we'll be stopping by to visit with the encampment of the Arrow Rock Stock & Trading Company, a very entertaining group of reenactors who will be set up here for our Heritage Festival weekend.. Grab your Night Walk tickets before they vanish like an Arrow Rock ghost. http://www.friendsofarrowrock.org/nightwalks

View on Facebook We received this wonderful Arrow Rock newspaper from December 1907 in a box of ephemera from a donor. We had it framed so visitors to our office can see it. It includes Christmas greetings from the newspaper, an ad for the bank that was located in the building where our office and museum shop are located now, and all sorts of words of wisdom of the day, including this: "The president says it is wrong to hoard money. It is also impossible at this time of year, if you want to keep yourself in good standing with the family."
