FIRST SATURDAYS LECTURE

Learn more about Missouri’s Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Program from Carmen Sofia Dence, a mentoring artist who led five apprenticeships between 1994 and 2019.

Ms. Dence will discuss her years of participation in the apprenticeship program, where she has taught traditional Colombian folkloric dances, choreography and costume design.
